Sunday, but really it is my Tuesday

morning all.

a really good day yesterday except for no water.  Gotta ramp that up.

good observation K with carb sensitivity.  I know that when mine are severely restricted and eat something loaded feel sleepy AND bloated.

the food festival went well, the street party was jammed.  We were so busy I was tired of smiling and being terminally chirpy, sat down twice in the 5 hours.  Next to our stand was a group that were selling deep fried coconut shrimp on skewers.  I looked at them, all the glistening fat and thought 'Nope'.  Felt very noble.

Hi all, still at 125. Oh well, I know my doctor would not be alarmed so why should I (rationalize).  County fair starts this week.  Its a cute little fair thats been the same forever but still charming. I will go and eat my annual corn dog, look at animals and flower  show and NOT do any rides.  Except they have camel rides this year.  might do that.  so much easier to do the fair with 120 fewer pounds to haul around.  

Good day at the gallery.  no fresh fudge for me and even sold some stuff.  diane
