Scale is exactly the same as yesterday.

Looking forward to a nice weekend. Weather is lovely this morning after a muggy day yesterday and a dry lightning storm last night.

Gearing up for the reset. Met with shrink yesterday. All I can say is UGH..... but it's all good. Just work. I'd rather have a magic pill! LOL!

Scale down a little bit.  . 2 but that is good.  For some reason skinny top fits better this morning.  It is all in my mind???

Good for you Kairk.   When you find the magic pill please share.  Will be learning from your reset experience.

My scale is up but I'm guessing a it's salt and not enough water yesterday...drinking like a fish today!!!!  It's HOT here!!!! The kind that takes your breathe away when you walk outside.  We ran errands today and have a picnic to attend for the HS band students.  Then a beverage after with friends.

I did! Thanks! I'm muddling through all the info I'm gathering to gear up for Sunday/Monday. (The way I feel today, it'll be Monday. Just easier looking at my weekend.)
