morning all.

how is the sugar/ artificial sugar free life coming along???  Have  never ever been able to stand the taste of any of it (  not the sugar but the artificial stuff )so that particular ' vice' is not a siren call.

However if we  were talking about bread and let us not forget the butter, that is a different story.

i am coming out of getting up in the middle of the night to eat.  Why?  It has developed into a very BAD habit.

However have not done so for a week now and the scale actually moved in the right direction.

We are all doing so well walking this road.  We can and will do it.

sleep is very big issue for me but got a solid 8 hours last night.  Yay!!!

hi, all. 123.5 today.  it occurs to me that if I do two things each day  I can keep weight in line :  take a walk (with dog) and don't eat peanut butter.  now how hard is that?

Off to costco today.   diane

Still prepping for the "Sugar Reset"! I'm guessing I will start in earnest either Sunday (we have company coming for dinner on Saturday) or on Monday. Emailed Nut Therapist yesterday asking questions about the program. Short answer I can still use sweetener in my plain Greek Yogurt. Whew! As long as I can do that, I'm good.

Carbon - just so you know this reset includes all added sugars (refined or unrefined), processed foods, anything made with refined grains due to the effect on glucose blood levels. (So, no bread, no rice, no pasta, etc... This includes abstention from both white and wheat flour. If it's made from a whole grain flour or nut flour that's okay.)

Not sleeping well this week. Averaging 5 to 6 hours per night max! That in turn seems to activate my appetite.

Weight stable.
