scale still the same but another good food day.  Well mostly.

still walking the hour or hour and a half   And we usually throw in a couple of hills.

off to work after doing the never ever ending laundry.

Hi all, 124 today. Seems like i have attack of the munchies lately.  guess i gotta up the protein.

Cars around here are covered with tiny specks of ash from the inland fires.  so i guess we are all affected even if we are cool and safe here.

we will walk today. Old girl dog can't go too far any more so we take her for a few blocks and bring her home and go on with the other dog. 

jeez, got groceries and the price of eggs is ridiculous.  diane
