Sunday. Not really a day of rest.

the scale remains stubbornly stuck.  

Today is a laundry day if the rain stops as I try and line dry my clothes.  Other then that hopefully it will be a quiet day.

Hosted dog club meeting and dinner yesterday. Lots of work. Tons of food. Happy to say scale did not go up even an ounce. I did not eat to promote weight loss, but I felt like I ate like a "normie". That in itself is a feather in my cap.

Have a charity drive which gives me motivation to start working on the garage this afternoon. Will be good to get the stuff I've been saving for donation organized and OUT!

Carbon - jealous of your rain, but have to admit this morning is a glorious example of why I love where I live - blue skies, morning chill which will warm to a lovely 85 or so degrees. Perfection to me. 85 to 90 all year round with nights in the low 60s would be just perfect, thank you very much!
