Friday at last

morning all and welcome TLC.

Inspite of keeping to plan scale is a smidgen up, this in spite of having many trips to the smallest room in the house because of drinking too much water just befor sleep.  Oh well.  The pants fit looser.

we have a very small fair/mid-way in town for our annual July 'party'.  It isn't cheap.  Not sure of the individual rides but it will cost $50.for the three day event or $25/ day.  Most of the rides are for those of us who are 15 and under with a few scarier ones.  I won't be on any as even the thought of the baby merry-go-round makes for a queasy tummy.  However to compensate there is the Sugar Shack  and something called the Fried Frys. No false advertising there.

Glad that you had a great trip and K good to keep an eye on the leg.

Weight back down today. Go figure.

Leg is healing. Good.

Saw therapist yesterday. We actually looked at pictures of ME at different weights. She decided that I do indeed have a pretty good grip on where I am, what I look like and am not distorting in my mind my size as maybe she thought I was. Whew.... at least I'm not crazy! LOL.

Big group of dog people here tomorrow for a club meeting and dinner. Sit down dinner for 25 to 30. Got to get moving!

Sugar Shack and Fried Frys! Oh, Lord... have strength. Just the names make me curious....
