a good day yesterday but scale not moving.
isn't it great that with each new day we get to 'start' all over again.
planned power outages for our community, the grocery stores are open but not the banks, gas stations, library (gasp) and a good chunk of dwellings. However the town went into siege mentality and the one mall that we have was like a zoo.
yikes carbon on the brown outs. guess you gotta do what is needed. when i lived in the midwest and a snow storm was predicted, everyone swarmed the grocery stores. cant be snowed in for a day without chocolate chips.
Interesting thought about starting over each day. an opportunity rather than a duty I hope.
122 today. no complaining here. probably means i need more water. diane

Having a hell of a time recouping! Leg still bad. Going to doc again tomorrow.
Weight up from road trip and heat and humidity. Sunday my left leg looked like it belonged to someone several hundred pounds heavier than I. Somewhat better today.
Like the starting over thing. I've always considered each day an automatic reset.
