Sunday. Perhaps a day of rest???

morning all.

having been late starting yesterday morning was behind the eight ball all day, you know how that goes.  And here it is, SUnday I could be getting caught up with sleep, but am wide awake.

going out to weed the sad sad veggie garden and weed whack.  Going up to the farmer's market to look at what might have been.

scale the same.

122.5. happy with that. went to an orientation for zen meditation yesterday.  who knows, maybe it will have some application to weight control. 

sunny and warm here. dogs will get a walk.  the old girl is getting kind of foggy.   diane

153.2# It's moving and moving in the right direction.  I won't have a scale until Thursday.  I'm NOT giving myself permission to go off plan either!!!
