Friday finally

good morning

well yesterday was a run run run day.  One of those days where you are busy but nothing is accomplished.

caught myself wolfing down bad choices just because my mind was not focused.  

Scale the same.

walked 90 minutes so that helped but have to watch the 'making dinner ' grazing.

life does go on.

153.4# Enjoying my protein coffee this am.  Afterwards, gettin' my walk on and then a personal training session.  Headed to the lake to visit with in-laws while they're camping in the RV.  Another hot day!!

I'm not sure what the weekend will bring...the usual chores and food prep.  My husband is still busy with playing piano for a local kids theater.  He'll be done on Sunday!
