Wednesday July 8th - a good day in the neighbourhood
on 7/8/15 5:40 am
Morning:
I hear you about the clothing. I just gave away some sweaters that at my lowest weight were a bit snug and now.....well, no. I was sad and mad at the same time.
A better day yesterday with no cheating at all. Scale still up though. In spite of the water am chug-a-lugging and the bathroom breaks am making.
Saw almost blue-sky about 6pm yesterday and this morning can see the moon. The planes are going in and out and it no longer feels as if the earth is coming to an end. I tell you three days of red/tawny sky was a bit freaky. I am very sorry that I ever felt, ' Oh- Well' for the folks who have had volcanoes blow up on them.
Enjoy YOUR day!
I'm down 3#!!!!! I'm making some necessary changes...hard changes but evidently necessary if I want to lose the regain.
It's raining here...again!!! I'll have to get on the elliptical this morning. Personal training session , too! Then I'm off to a Bistro this evening. One of my fellow teachers is the guest chef. He's making fish tacos. I can eat the insides. Looking forward to it!
Down a pound.
So the down a pound, up a pound thing (maintenance), the playing within a range is going very well for me. LOL! I need to string together some lose a pound days, weeks and months. Have begun to realize that one of my habits, late evening drive to graze, is very emotionally charged. Trying to figure that one out.
Goal this week - work out strategies to deal with that late night grazing when it arises. (It's not an every night thing. When it comes on though, it is pretty powerful.)
122.5. haven't seen that in awhile.
carbond - glad the fire is getting under control.
K I hear you on the late night grazing urge. thats what got me fat in the first place. one thing i do is ask myself if a couple ounces of tuna or chicken is appealing. if yes then i should have that. (rare). but if no, then i know its a head hunger thing. i do have a couple of approved things for that time like skim milk or grapes.
have a great day all. Looks like we are about to get some much needed rain here. diane
