grazing!!!  A very good discussion started by you Kairk on the main board.  Evening mindless grazing sounds like a common issue.  Some great insights given.

scale the same, but did a two hour walk and that was good.  Because of the smoke it has not been wise.

enjoy the day before the day before the weekend.

Down another pound...Thankful!!

Dinner last night was good...food and friends; chicken not fish.  It was delicious!  However, my niece guilted me into taking a cupcake her mother made.  I had a small bite!  I didn't want to hurt her feelings.  I logged it but thought next time I just need to say no thank you and not worry about hurt feelings.

My trainer went on vacation.  I will continue to take my morning walk.  She'll be back next Wednesday.

Day trip postponed until tomr...it's raining!

Enjoy the day!

hi all, 123. off to gallery work for a half day and stare at the "Fresh Fudge" sign.  I am actually not too tempted by that. would rather go to the wine tasting spot across the street. but today it will be neither.

Calm and foggy here on the coast.   diane

Mark Twain said that the coldest winter he ever spent was a summer in San Francisco. Well, today that SF weather has made it inland 35 miles and we are blanketed with a layer of fog. It's cool, too. I'm wearing a sweater!

Down another pound this morning. Must be all that grazing! LOL! Actually my post on the main board seemed to help lift my mood which in turn made it easier to have a "good food day". I guess I needed to get that out of my system. I had talked with my NUT about the grazing on Monday and that, coupled with reading of a family memoir about living through Nazi Germany as a child got me a little down.
