May 31 2015. the end of May! Where did it go?

Goodness, that was fast!  Wasn't Christmas just the other day?

A busy day yesterday but did not move much at all as after work all my best-laid-plans went south.

Today am preparing lunch for visitors and then a pot-luck in the evening.  I suck at both.   Still thinking but leaning towards salads.  Can't mess that up too much.

Scale still not moving but it could be because I ate way to late again.
