Morning!

Scale not moving it seems. But then it is not moving up either so that is good.

A lovely day in the neighbourhood, off to garage sales ( quite why I don't know ) and then work, and then a long walk in the park afterwords.

On the VSG site there is a great post by Tracy D: Lessons Learned. Two years post-op.
