another devastating turn of events with our family member who has mental health issues, and this doesn't seem to be ending well.   Talk about twisting the fear-knife in the heart.  

life goes on  and have managed not to try and eat my fear away.

Apple so sorry about your troubled  family member.  Been there too.  Nothing more painful.  Good on you for not eating due to it.

122 today.  recovered now from last weekend's bad eating. Just in time for another weekend but no events involving close encounters of the third kind with chips and dip.

And dog chip comes home today after giggilo duty.  Our other dog misses him.
