Will be MIA until Friday

Changing over internet providers and for some very strange reason will be disconnected today and hooked up to the new group on Friday.   Just why I have no idea.

Weight the same as yesterday.  Today's weather is supposed to be a little better - keeping my fingers crossed.  Now that spring is here, I want to get on with it!  :)  Dance tonight.  We have this week and next at the studio, then on to the Opera House for practice week and recital.weekend.   You'd think at my age, I wouldn't still get nso ervous, but I do.  Thank goodness there are 26 of us, and I start out in the last row.  Also, the teacher/owner dances with us.  We all joke that everyone is watching him, and we're just back-up dancers!  I know I talk about dance a lot, but it is a symbol of my re-birth after WLS, and is one of my biggest motivators to continue on this journey.  Have a great day all - and a great week Apple - we'll miss you! 

122. another beautiful spring day. Its good to be alive and slim.  Being obese was sort of being half alive because i couldn't do half the things i wanted to. dogs get a walk.

Made steak for dinner last night and was it ever good.  gotta do that more often.  fixed it sliced up like Frisco does.   diane
