Hi all, thanks Apple for keeping this thread going. 

123 today.  Off to easter dinner with friends where i will most certainly eat off plan but thanks to sleeve will not make a royal pig of myself.  I will make a couple dozen of the barriatric cheese crisps which all the normal people love.
