Sun Maintenance Group for March 29th

Good morning:

Well March here came in like a lamb and is roaring its way out today.  Rain coming down sideways.

Was at a workshop yesterday ( and today ) where there was nothing I could really eat.  There were cookies and cakes and bunwiches, no veggies but some fruit.  Stuck to the fruit and am down .1 which is better than nothing.

Brought my own food today.

122.5.  why is it that they always have such unhealthy food at conferences and such.  endless donuts. their idea of health food is a big fat muffin. at least thats what i remember from my former work.   you are smart to bring your own meal.  

Off to see puppies today.    diane
