Tuesday Maintenance for March 242015
Down .2 this morning. I have a dr. appointment on Friday, and am trying to not do the self-sabotage of, "oh my God, I have to lose X by then", and then eating more instead. I will weigh what I weigh that day, and it is down several pounds from what I had re-gained, so I have to keep it in perspective.
Hi Linds! Glad you've joined the group, and are getting back on track too. I had been maintaining, then drifted away and got complacent. I too re-gained some weight - I'm not sure exactly how much, as I didn't weigh myself until I'd been back on my plan for awhile. I'm currently about 15 lbs or so away from my original goal. Once I get to back that goal, I will re-assess if I want to re-set my goal to be a bit lower.
