Good morning all.

Survived the conference.

How are the puppies?

Still not losing but not gaining either.

Slipped a bit yesterday in that had a swipe of some peanut brittle had made ( without tasting which is likely a first ) for a birthday party, and it is a good thing I did ( being noble and all ) as it was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too salty.   So it is in the depths of the freezer waiting to be crushed to be put on icecream and am heading to the store later today to purchase a cake.  Temptation is too strong to lick, swipe and eat chunks of dough.  On the other hand I should really buy some fruit and make fruit skewers.

Enjoy the day.

Hi All!  Back after an extremely busy weekend.  I am up .9 from Friday.  Basically stayed on plan, but ate more richly this weekend.  Went to a pot luck Saturday, but brought something I could eat.  Made a birthday dinner for MIL yesterday, but did have some SF ice cream - left it there though.  Always glad to get back to my usual weekday menu.  Have a great day all!

Hi friends.  122.5 today which is undeserved because I ate some macadamia nuts yesterday.  oh well, healthy fat.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting the two most beautiful puppies in the world. My champion showdog Chip is the dad.  They are two darling little fat girls 4 weeks old. Sweet tempered and happy to be held and cuddled.  Border terriers have small litters so two or three is pretty common.  And chip has another "job" lined up later this spring.  I get all the fun of playing with pups but not the work.

Yeah,  go buy a cake and leave it at the party.   I could not bake without eating half the dough.  Used to be a major cookie monster. no more.   diane
