Wednesday Maintenance for March 25th
My usual morning after dance bounce up - .8. I had a typical day yesterday, with lots of protein, lots of fluids, and very little carbs, so I'm not concerned.
As far as ideas with remembering to drink fluids - I've gotten into a routine, so that I make sure I drink enough. I have a minimum of 26 oz. between the time I get up and get to work. I eat breakfast at work, then have 20-30 oz. between breakfast and lunch. I usually have 10-20 oz. before work is over and/or on the way home. After dinner is when I forget the most, so I make sure to start drinking, if I've forgotten, when I take my meds, and have whatever I need to reach my daily intake. I'm all about routines, or I forget too.
