Wednesday Maintenance for March 25th

Good morning:

Hope that all is well with all of you!  

Holding steady on the scale and holding steady with the protein first!      Bu****er! Goodness  I find that hard to remember to drink.  Anyone have great ideas?

My usual morning after dance bounce up - .8.  I had a typical day yesterday, with lots of protein, lots of fluids, and very little carbs, so I'm not concerned.

As far as ideas with remembering to drink fluids - I've gotten into a routine, so that I make sure I drink enough.  I have a minimum of 26 oz. between the time I get up and get to work.  I eat breakfast at work, then have 20-30 oz. between breakfast and lunch.  I usually have 10-20 oz. before work is over and/or on the way home.  After dinner is when I forget the most, so I make sure to start drinking, if I've forgotten, when I take my meds, and have whatever I need to reach my daily intake.  I'm all about routines, or I forget too.

Morning!

this morning I was 190.4 and am down 1.2lbs

yesterday I really tried to keep on track with food and water.

hi all, 124. seem to be owning that pound. too much cheese yesterday. i seem to be hungry a lot more these days. gotta think about that. at 5 plus years it may be the deal.    sunny day so the dogs get to walk.  diane
