Well! Am glad am here after many empty promises to myself and others.
Up 35 pounds now above goal but today has already started out well, with kind thoughts towards myself instead of the usual beating up.
Kairk, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your courage. You are helping me immeasurably.

123.5. rained last night but another sunny day here now. dogs get a walk. and on the humboldt bay eagle cam the eagle laid another egg yesterday evening. two is usually all they do. looking forward to watching them raise the chicks this year. diane
