Daily Maintenance Check In - Monday, March 16

152.8 - Back to the basics today.  I started off with my protein shake this morning and will continue on my goal to lose the regain.  I've been stressed at work but I'm going to stop using that as an excuse and get back on track.  Have a Marvelous Monday everyone!!

        

 Surgery date - 04/03/13; Goal date - 11/10/13 (I reached goal in 31 weeks & 4 days)

Highest weight 261  SW 258  GW 150   M1 -26  M2 -14  M3 -10  M4 -12  M5 -13  M6 -12  M7 -11  M8 -10  In maintenance since November 2013  HT- 5'6"

Up .7 from Friday.  I grazed a bit on Friday and ate too many carbs Saturday, resulting in 2 days where the scale went up.  On it's way back down today.  I could feel the old tapes spinning around in my head, telling me just this once, I'd get back on track tomorrow, etc.  I was able to reign it in both days, but knew if I didn't, as time went on I couldn't.  This @#%! food addiction stinks!

I checked my food diary, and am actually the same as Friday.  I'd forgotten that I went up the .7 then.  Oops!

123.5. right direction. back to my work routine which, as an artist, is hardly work. we have a visiting dog this week who wants to go fast fast fast. keeps me moving.   diane
