Daily Maintenance Chck-In Wednesday March 18

Good morning!  My weight stayed the same as 2 days ago.  I'm usually up a little on Wednesday mornings, after dance Tuesday night, so staying the same felt positive.  It's very cold and windy today - feels more like mid-January than mid-March.  I am sooo ready for spring!  Can't wait until we can actually open the back door and walk onto the patio.  Have a great day all!

hi all, 123.   no St. fatty day indulgences for me.  scrambled eggs and veggies and not green. 

Big local news - there is a nesting pair of bald eagles near here that have raised chicks for several years. Two years ago a camera was placed so we can all watch the nest.  Yesterday afternoon an egg was laid.  Just love watching the two eagles raise the chicks.   google humboldt bay eagle cam to find the site.     diane
