Daily Maintenance Check-In Wednesday March 11

Hi All!  I'm the same weight as I was yesterday.  I'm usually a little up on the day after dance class, so I was pleased today.  Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon to hopefully schedule my knee replacement surgery.  I was scheduled for this surgery 2 years ago, but my youngest had some medical issues and I needed to take time off for those, and had to cancel surgery.  My knee has gotten worse, and I have some degree of pain every day.  I only take ibuprophen on dance days, to help, but that's not touching it much anymore, so it's definitely time.  I want to get through recital this year, and then have the surgery after.  Hopefully, I'll heal quickly and be able to return to dance in the fall.
