Daily Maintenance Check-In Tuesday March 10

Hi All!  Down another .2 lb. this morning.  Looking forward to my weekly dance class tonight.  Our costumes may be in, which is a little scary, as I took a leap of faith and got a size smaller than the past costumes.  I got the past ones bigger, for fear that they would run small, and the last 2 were too big.  Keeping my fingers crossed that I didn't make a mistake!  I still have 9 1/2 weeks before recital, but if I start projecting about how much I'll lose by then, I'm in trouble.  Trying to stay in today.   Mary

148.7 is my weight today.  SO happy to report that I no longer have sleep apnea - woo hoo!  I knew it was true, but had to get confirmation from the sleep doctor to make it official.

Great news Paula!  Congratulations!  I was thrilled to give up the c-pap as well - never want it back if I can avoid it!

Thank you!  Me too - that's what I told the doc today - I don't plan on going back to that - EVER!

Good morning everyone:

Am still at my 30 pound weight gain high but the food choices and proportions are starting to line up with what I ate before went off the rails.

Thanks to Kairk for encouraging me to take the step in the right direction and to this board for the same thing.

Every day is a new challenge and we will get there.

:)

113.5# today. Finally trending in the right direction again.  I'm surprised at what a fight it's taking to get back to 112, but I'm still committed to it.

Paula - Congrats on conquering sleep apnea!  Thats huge!  I didn't have apnea but was forced to wear a machine anyway due to severe snoring.  I remember how wonderful it was to say goodbye to that embarrassing monstrosity, so I'm truly doing the happy dance for you today !!
