Still on the rollercoaster - up .4 today.  Food yesterday was clean, protein and fluid intake were up there.  Taking it a day at a time.

Way up to 115.5 today.  Was hoping that with watching more closely this week that I'd be within striking distance of 112.  But instead, I'm actually up.  I now there's some residual sodium, but it's hard to watch the number go up instead of down.  It's scaring me.
