Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, March 3, 2015

114 today.  I was on track again for weight loss yesterday, plan to do the same today and through to Friday.  Then I'll see where I'm at

Down 1/2 lb. this morning, so reached my first mini goal!!!  New mini goal set, without projected time frame, as that leads to trouble for me.  For today, I commit to following my plan and not worrying about what tomorrow will bring.

Dance class tonight.  We're doing a routine for the recital in May to 'Uptown Funk' by Bruno Mars, so I get quite a workout!

152.8#  I'm on track and ready for the scale to move in the right direction:)

122.5. another sunny day in la la land.  endless list of errands to run and taxes to do. oh well. nothing to complain about and thats a good thing.  diane

got down to 123.2 earlier this week, then went out for mexican lunch and ate some sweets : /   weighed in at 125 today, which is my goal weight, but I liked being a bit under better.  Trying to get back to 1-2 lbs under goal for some wiggle room

147.8 today.  Hmmmm.  Thinking maybe I'm still trying to lose some?  Not necessarily on purpose.  But, the scale seems to be moving down rather than bouncing up and down like it was for a bit.  Will see.
