Happy Anniversary to me!

4th year surgiversary for me today.  Having this surgery is still the best decision I could have made to get and stay at the healthy weight I am today.  That being said, for the past few days, ever since running a half marathon on Sunday I have been having heart palpitations whenever I start eating - not after like dumping but as soon as I take a bite and before I even swallow. Anyone else ever experience this - what could be causing it. I had chalked it up to exhaustion after the race but it is now 48 hours later and I am still feeling it and even getting a little light headed as well.

Thanks for any suggestions of what could be causing this.

congrats on your 4 years but please see a doctor on the heart stuff asap. dont mess around.    diane
