123.5. not liking this trend. off to a scrabble party where there will be dangerous food.  gotta be more diligent. somehow i thought if i made it to 5 years with no regain the rest would be easy. not so.   diane

113 today. Third evening of dinner and drinks out with friend so it's dangerous territory.
