113.  It's been a fight to keep my numbers down in this range since Christmas.  It's my burden to bear - and learn from - based on my extended run of bad behaviour around that time.  

Good news is my super snug, super expensive European motorcycle gear is keeping me motivated!!

123.  I ate some chocolate yesterday. someone gave us a huge pound bar of trader joes for xmas. i took it to the art studio to get rid of it but had a couple of chunks. at least its gone now. art gallery opening tonight. fun but work.   diane
