Oh, well...its' a good day. The scale is not defining me today!

One of my students gave me a box of chocolates!!!! It is still unopened. I'm taking it to a meeting on Thursday...I will not partake! (keep repeating)

VSG on 01/28/14

151.9 today. Getting a little nervous that the scale is moving upward instead of bouncing above and below 150 like it was there for a bit. But, still tracking everything and keeping an eye on it.
