Good Morning!!! I love the 4 day work weeks!  Most of mine are:). Labs done this this morning. Working out with my personal trainer. Hair cut. Laundry. Date with the husband. The sun is shining and suppose to warm up. All is well in my world...

I went to support group last night.  I think I'll give it another try before I make a decision.  I'm the "vet" in the group. Most were pre-op.  Anyway, I'm glad I went.  It was out of my comfort zone to go without knowing anyone.  Lots of self talk...lol

123.   Still having major rain here but we can use it. Hours of computer nonsense last night.  Don't know how people who do that for a living can stand it!!   diane

114 today.  Working a lot of hours, which still gets me looking for food at odd times, so need to vigilant
