123. Well the pineapple express has arrived and we are supposed to get 10 inches of rain over the next 5 days. Lovely anniversary dinner last night. the restaurant featured local grilled oysters as an appetizer and i was able to order whatever number of them i wanted. perfect.  diane

149.6 for me today.  Have a child at home sick, so that is making work a bit of a challenge, but I'm plodding onward and upward anyway!

I'm going to a WLS support group for the first time ( just found out about it) at the hospital here in town tonight .  I hope it's a good one.  I could use the RL accountability and support. 

That's great! Hope it offers what you need. RL support has meant a great deal to me. I am keeping fingers crossed for you.
