This morning I am 149.8.  I seem to be finding that groove to keep it at around 150#, so I'm happy about that.  Hopefully that continues!

    

Surgery 01/28/2014. HW: 310. Consult 290, Surgery 270.  CW = 150

123.  spent hours on the phone with tech support for our gallery. if information was fattening I would weigh a hundred pounds more!!! hectic day. glad its over.    diane
