Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Friday, January 30, 2015
I'm still at 113.5, which is alright. My goal is 115, but I hung out around 112 most of the time last fall. Struggling to get below 113.5 since Christmas Crapfest. Not a world crisis I know, but I'm keeping an eye on it.

So, it's after midnight, but.... Had a very good food day yesterday and today. Under 1000 cals yesterday and same today. Was up .3 of a pound today, but that's neither here nor there.
What's nice is that I can now handle little fluctuations as long as the overall direction is down. I'm considering trying to weigh only weekly. I've never, ever done that. BAck in the fat days I either weighed every day or not at all. I have gotten on the scale almost every day for the past 3 1/2 years. It's such a part of me now, I'm not sure I could not get on the scale!
Thoughts? (Keep in mind I am losing, not maintaining.)
I wish I didn't feel compelled to get on the scale daily, but I do most days anyway... can't help myself. BUT, I only track my weekly weight (Fridays) so that those daily fluctuations don't drive me bonkers. I'm only a few weeks into this new tracking, but so far, it helps keep my sanity. I'm also in the losing phase, taking off some regain.

I'm trying to lose as well (as you already know). I CANNOT NOT get on the scale. Monday is my official weigh day but thinking about changing it to Wednesday. I'm not sure it matters, really...just like to see a downward trend. The good news is I found a support group in my town at our hospital. It meets once a month; the first Thursday of the month. I hope it's something I like...I really would like to have RL accountability and someone who understands. I do have family support, but not a real understanding of what I'm going through. Ya know!
167.4 trending in the right direction. Religiously tracking my food intake and as hungry as I find myself, the tracking method works (for the most part!)!
