151.3#  I'll take the half a pound loss.  Today is my 3rd consecutive day on plan...I want to see a 4!!!

It's gray and gloomy here and has been for quite some time.  It messes with me.  Trying to keep positive!

122.5. peanut butter again. oh well.  i feel good and its another sunny day here. good day for dog walk. waddle off that peanut butter.

Art gallery is closed for revamp until tomorrow. will be fun to see how it looks.  but now i gotta make new stuff!  diane

My daughter starts a ceramics class next week. She just finished with a 3-D art class and love every minute of it. 

I'm a little jealous. 

oh fun. so good for kids to do 3 d art work.  helps brain develop. kids should all do clay.  diane

Finals week. Stressed out high schoolers. Next year finals will be the week before Winter break. I can't ******g wait.
