113.5. We are having dinner guests again this evening so I must limit my wine consumption to two glasses to avoid over eating. I'm always astounded how all sense of caution goes out the window if I have just one extra glass, even over the course of a long evening.

Tom, congrats on your strong year end scale fini****hat takes real effort at three years out.

123.5. wonder what it was a year ago?  I used to keep a record of food and calories and weight but finally stopped that a year or more ago. Good idea Tom to have a goal of a low weight for the new year.

Off to the studio to start on new projects for the year.   diane

158.2

Snow and winter break = cleaning the basement, shredding old files and going through old boxes

Not sure how that equates, but I'll just roll with it.
