Happy New Year Everyone!

115 for me today. Exactly the same weight as January 1, 2014 so that's quite an accomplishment for me.

A couple of pounds of carb bloat to deal with and intense carb cravings, so time to straighten out the brain again. I've done it before and I can do it again. We all can.

Yay Spencerella! You rock! I have a couple of carb lbs to get rid of to. I am sure by this time next week we will both be back where we want.

145.3 this morning wanting to be 143 or lower.

Dr Ponce de Leon Mexico VSG 4 Jun 12. I lost 57 lbs on my own before having a VSG. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.

122 today. gotta look up for a year ago but i am betting its spot on. great day to not have to start a diet. I am making healthy chilli today for a day of football. diane
