123.5 today.   Felony peanut butter. guilty as charged. Dog Chip gets another chance at making pups today. thats our big excitement.  whoop de do.  And the Huskers lost but not by much. diane

113.5. Better number for sure. Great evening with friends last night and I managed to keep things relatively tight. I do find I've been wanting to eat late at night but I resisted the urge, even when hubby indulged in some ice cream. 

I'm going to work for awhile but not expecting guests tonight.

Still 172.  Post surgery bloat is still hanging around.  But went for a walk for the first time since Friday, so that feels good.

 

5'5"    Goal reached, but fighting regain.  Back to Basics.

I didn't eat as well as I'd like, but it wasn't bad either. We'll see what the scales says about it tomorrow.
