121.5.  Well holding the line and lots of errands to do today. At least christmas shopping is done, i think. House is a wreck. always is. gotta pre clean for the cleaning lady tomorrow. 

Here's an idea.  Most of us will be deviant on Christmas.  But instead of waiting until new years to resolve to eat properly, why not start the day after christmas.  we are lucky we go to dinner at someone elses house so no leftovers.

Now if i could just get going on this exercise thing ....

Relaxing day...planning on deviating from "the plan"  Christmas Day but will get right back on it Friday.  We go to dinner at my parents. No leftovers!!! 

115 today. Out of the red zone. Yay!

I'm back for the second day.  I'll call that a victory.

I've got exercise down pat, it's my eating I need to get better control of.  Trying to take one day at a time.  So here's to today!
