Daily Maintenance weigh in Thurs December 18

Ok back from a week trip with no accountability and a few bad choices.  123. no too bad considering.  Eager to get back to my own life whi*****ludes a decent food routine. Was visiting my mom at her retirement home and jeez, elderly people are such food pushers!!   Ditto most of my family and most are obese except sleeved brother. Oh well, family obligations completed for the moment. mission accomplished.   diane
