Did a very cold 2h15m ride this morning - 33 degrees plus 18mph wind.  Glad I did. It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  This was the first training ride for the Gran Fondo NY - as part of the registration fee they run group training rides every weekend for 6 months.  Quite a good deal.

Heaviest: 313/VSG Pre: 295/Surgery: 260/Maintenance target:190 - Recent: 195 (08/15/19)

1st 2015&2016 12-Hour Time Trial UMCA 50-59 Age Group
1st 2017 Race Across the West 4-Person 50-59 Age Group
4th 2019 Race Across America 8 Person Team

Continuing on my downward trend. YAY! Only 7 more pounds to reach goal #1. Then only a few more after that to reach Doctor's goal. I'm feeling like I've finally broken the cycle on the sugar.... diligence must continue....

132...I'm comfortable here.  

Had a good weekend.  Have almost finished Christmas shopping and will begin a wrap, packaging, mailing fest tomorrow.  Oh yeah - bought a pink kayak today!!!!  Woot woot.  Now just awaiting spring.
