113.5 today. Another cold one here but better weather is just ahead

148#  Cloudy and misting rain here...kind of a dreary day.  Glad to be inside:)

123.5. off to the hand therapist to try to fix my still gimpy finger.  lots of rain here - not fun but we need it. looking forward to getting the first crab of the season this weekend.   diane

Had my official weigh in yesterday. Was pleased in a way because I didn't flip that I hadn't lost enough weight. Remember those days - the first week of a diet?

So, i'm officially down 4.0 pounds and have my next weigh in on Saturday.

I'm feeling very good about this eating plan and finally having the regular medical support I have been wanting. Only wish is that insurance would cover it. I think I'll start a 125 to at least make it a tax free venture!

Good news is that I have been unintentionally ******g off the woman that I worked with last year. She is still in the library and our technology area shares part of that space. She is decorating for the holidays and she is pushing the no Christmas rule to the limits. She wouldn't let any of us decorate with her last year. So this year, my new coworkers and I are doing a winter ski lodge theme and it is ROCKIN'! My old work bestie is so pissed she could spit nails and the best part is that we are having so much fun, we don't even care. We didn't mean to **** her off, but it's a nice  bonus. 

I'm having fun at work. I didn't know that was possible. Very cool.
