Hard day, today. The memorial service is this morning. Then, we go see my MIL in the nursing facility. She's being mean to everyone which means she is feeling better. She's careful with us and even more careful with me because I don't take her crap. 

This afternoon we will put up all of our Christmas decorations. That will be fun.

HS football game last night; my brother-in-law coaching and nephew plays. It was COLD!!  Great game though. We won!!  Family spent the night and that scratched my yoga class this morning. Oh, well...

It looks like Christmas at my house :) Shopping and laundry done. Food plan for next week in place. 12 school days until Christmas Break.  

Oh! I received my red converse tennis shoes today...it's the little things!

so I weighed myself at 124 today - a high in awhile. and of course today was my five year apt with my doctor which i had sort of planned to smugly  strut in at 120ish.. so dr. weighs me and he gets 126!!!!!!  and then tells me last spring i was 120 so like hell, so much for my pride.  but i told him i would get after it and i would be successful and he said he knew i would be.  then he saw DH who has gained a few pounds and got ***** slapped but its all good.

Still consider my surgeon a rascal for seeing patients two days after the national pig out day.    diane

I didn't know he was up here this weekend. I have been checking the calendar on LapSF and it is empty!

yeah, its getting to where you have to call and ask.  someone said he hurt a hand and so his schedule was up in the air. i don't know what the deal is but he said he would be here again in January.  we shall see.    it was a good group. we brought our nephew who needs to be thinking of this.  diane
