Today's day 19 back on track, ready for a low-key Thanksgiving.  Managed to pick up the turkey last night at Whole Foods without succumbing to the many temptations of their bakery and candy departments - victory!

Wishing safe travels to those of you who'll be on the roads this year.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Okay, I'll play today!

Feeling very well and am down almost 4 pounds this week. PA has me on 120-150 grams protein per day and back to the old 40-50 carbs per day thing. And, hot damn, if it doesn't work! LOL! Have to love that they have thrown the BMI chart out the window in my case. My goal is now based strictly on body fat%! They will measure my body fat % every 4 weeks until I am where I am supposed to be. I am very pleased that I finally have medical buy in to my BMI effed-up-ness! LOL!

My lofty goal is to be back in my range by mid February to March (by my b'day).

Interesting note: The PA I'm working with believes that EVERYONE should be eating more like WLS patients. She believes it's the proper way for us all to eat. We have become just to carb and sugar centered of a food culture.

Very cool.  Good to have a plan, and see that it's working!
