It's raining today...dark and gloomy.  Nice day to stay in after our massages and watch college football.  I also plan to scrub the kitchen floor.  That should burn some calories, right!  Trying to keep busy and out of the frig and cabinets.

122.5  Yesterday's gloom and rain has turned to sunny today. Definitely watch the Cornhuskers play minnesota. Then work on art for christmas. yeah, keeping busy is the best thing to keep from snacking.  diane

Drove to Birmingham to watch a friend's son compete in a regional Div 2 cross country event.  Had 5 sips of wine at lunch....divine.... Stayed on plan and had a great day.  Win.
