Day 2 of fantastic eating - my eating hasn't been bad, but I've removed everything that isn't protein or veggies. I'm adding in a couple of protein shakes because I realized that my protein isn't going over 60 grams per day. I like it better at 80. I saw my doc on Friday, so we will soon find out what, if anything, is going on. Also, I am going to see a specialist for my back. I truly have not eaten in a way that warrants this kind of gain. I'm no doctor, but it feels like something physical is behind it. I haven't been able to handle a workout in over 2 weeks. I even had to stop wearing heels. I've seen my Chiropractor 3 times in just over a week - not a good sign. My back is really not happy.
Anyway, we will see what happens to the scale in the morning, after getting my protein higher.

Second day where I managed 5 small meals and calories over 1000. Still haven't hit 1100 but I'm ok with moving up slowly and if weight continues to drop a bit I won't sweat it. My blood sugar is finally stable (had been extremely low - hence frequent meals per doc and nut) and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! Very, very good day - food and mood.
