121.5. feels good emotionally. Lots to do.  big kiln opens today so I am eager to see what comes out.  banking chores for gallery and self, would like to get a dog walk in. but here i sit, having coffee and loafing over emails.  oh well.  gotta get moving.  diane

Fun day off.  Getting lots of things accomplished and managed to snag a super cute coat at Goodwill.  It's fun to wear a sz S.

112.8. That's pretty damn good, considering how long this period of extreme stress has been going on for!  Food is not perfect - way too much 'reliance' on ice cream these days - but other than that, I've been managing my food choices relatively well.
