149.4 Geeze. Puffy fingers, so some of this is water retention, but, it's more than that...On the other hand, I'm wearing a pair of wool trousers, vintage 1982, from a nanno-second moment in my life when I was slim. This is the second consecutive season I have been able to wear them AND THAT has never happened in my life...always growing out of clothes...Have a great day, folks!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

while I'm a bit concerned that I'm up 5 lbs over last year, my clothes fit fine, and I'm comfy in medium shirts and 30-32 waiste pants. At this point, I'm chalking the gain to muscle. The Tanita body fat scale at my physical last month said Body fat was 6.6% which is not right, but the doc was happy.

141.1 still battling those 2-3 pounds that seem to be playing with my mind for three weeks now. I'm up...I'm down. Clothes are fitting good, maybe bit looser and ring has been loose. So I'm thinking it's not fat gain per se. Maybe now that we had our first snowfall my body is trying to put on hibernation fat! 
121.5. always nice to see the scale go down even though i think it means i need to drink more water. looks like rain today. hope it stays dry for halloween since we get over 300 kids. someone gave me a whole bunch of candy and its good stuff so i put it in the extra car that i never drive anymore to keep it out of reach. car also doubles as my wine cellar. diane
