VSG Maintenance Group
Switching to a maintenance mindset
I think it's time to be a part of this group. Some recent medical issues have made me and my surgeon decide that slowing weight loss, and moving into a more stable eating plan for life is in order. I'm ready to learn how to sustain my loss for life and I'm hoping you all are part of that process. I hope I can also encourage and help you, too. Looking forward to getting to know you.

welcome to maintenance land Tricia. Its a great place to be. Read over older posts here plus read the daily weigh in. Maintenance is not that much different from weight loss - just adding a few more calories like Frisco uses regular mayonaise and such. I had a hard time stopping my weight loss initially and solved that with a blob of peanut butter per night. now its a bad habit. if you are going to eat more calories , resist the urge to do so with refined carbs or sugar. try veggies and fruit or cheeses and nuts. don't forget the fluids.
post here often. diane
Glad to have you here Trinoc! It's a super friendly place with zero drama. A small but super tight bunch of us living our lives day to day in maintenance, keeping things real with a daily report.
